This refund policy applies to purchases of tokens used for AI features on Tablesmith.

General Policy

• In most cases, all token purchases are final and non-refundable. This is because tokens are digital goods used to access services.

Exceptions

• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using your tokens due to a fault on our end, we will issue a full refund for unused tokens.
• Accidental Purchase: We will consider a refund for accidental purchases if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and haven’t used any tokens. Please include your transaction ID and a brief explanation in your refund request.

Processing Time

• We will review your refund request within 7 business days.
• If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund for the unused tokens within 7 business days.
